o   Thanks for choosing Common! Below are the terms and conditions when purchasing items from our website commonseating.com. By shopping online with us, you acknowledge our operating terms and conditions.

o   Our goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply any goods, we will inform you at the earliest convenience. We aim to keep our website up to date with all the displayed goods available.

o   We ensure that all prices on our website are accurately stated in Danish Krones.

o   We have made every effort to display the goods specifically regarding their color, description and price. Computer monitors, mobile and tablet screens vary in their reproduction of color and though we strive for accuracy, all picture colors, products and swatches displayed should be regarded as approximations.

o   We will charge a delivery fee for every order you place. The current fee of 200 Euros will always be communicated to you when you place an order. Common will arrange the delivery to your door. Please be aware that deliveries are not done on weekends and public holidays. Our ability to deliver is also always a subject to the availability of the goods and the supply of accurate delivery address details.

We will always try our best to ensure that delivery happens on the agreed date. The delivery date is a subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control, but the new date will be communicated and agreed with you as soon as possible.

On delivery of your order, you will receive a packing slip, invoice and returns form. Please note that we will also not accept any order if there has been a material error as to the price or description of the goods. We will inform you of such errors as soon as we become aware of them. o   To ensure the safe delivery of your items, Common recommends that you or an authorized representative is able to receive the delivery. We may in certain cases require the person accepting delivery to show a form of identification. On delivery to confirm that the items have been received, we will require that you or your authorized representative sign a duplicate copy of the delivery note. If no one is at the delivery address to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange an alternative time. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for more than one failed delivery. As we have outsourced the delivery process, we will not be liable for any damage suffered or any losses incurred arising out of any act or omission by the deliverer, its directors, employees, sub-contractors, agents or representatives.

o   If you received your order and you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason (other than if it is defective), there is information on the return form on how to return your item. You may return the item within 14 business days. o   We will place a holding reserve of funds for the total cost of your online order. Final payment will only be processed on the finalization of your order and prior to delivery. Please keep in mind that we always invoice in Euros.
